    Hi everybody,

    I am interested by two fields from the OMIM data : « Phenotype » and « Inheritance », but I do not know how to extract them automatically in my pipeline. For the first field, I can use this site http://www.uniprot.org/docs/humsavar, but for the second ? ...

    what is the type of file you got in result after OMIM ? Sorry i dont remember is it a tabular one ?

      Hi,

      I precisely have no file with OMIM data. What I have planned is to extract information using a perl script and HTML::TableExtract, but i have some difficulty with this module.

      May I ask anyone's help ?
      For example, I would like to extract the Phenotype and Inheritance fields from :
