calculating noise in gene expression from rna seq data set

hey, i've got an rna seq data set from 3 different conditions and i'm quite interesting in looking at the stochasticisity/noise between the conditions. has anyone come across any good software or techniques for doing this, as I cant seem to find any thru google.
