How to write sbatch script

Hello,
Lucky to join SEQanswers! I have recently joined vlsci which requires me to submit the job as sbatch script. May I know how to learn to write a sbatch command loop eg., tophat so that I can process multiple samples?

sbatch scripts are just BASH scripts with some special comments. Just google for "sbatch example" for a bunch of examples.
