comparison of DESeq, DESeq2 and edgeR

The earliest version I found with a cursory search was 1.0.6 (http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.6...tml/DESeq.html). I don't see a "1.1.12" anywhere, the closest version is from bioconductor 2.7 (http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.7...tml/DESeq.html), which has 1.2.1.

there is no archive in bioconductor(http://bioconductor.org/packages/rel...tml/DESeq.html). it is be great appreciated if you can tell me how to get it.
I checked https://github.com/Bioconductor-mirr...ee/release-3.2
only 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 are available.

It's available on the bioconductor website. There's also no reason to use DESeq for any new projects.
