Python link error

Dear all,

I'm trying to install the ViennaRNA package, but got this error:

Could not link test program to Python. Maybe the main Python library has been
installed in some non-standard library path. If so, pass it to configure,
via the LIBS environment variable.
Example: ./configure LIBS="-L/usr/non-standard-path/python/lib"


I can not find a way to solve it. Any advice?

What's the output of the following (in python):

from distutils import sysconfig
print(sysconfig.get_config_var("LIBPL"))

Normally there are libpython*.so files in that directory, so you can list it as the "/usr/non-standard-path/python/lib".
