From GI number to ENSEMBLE..

Hi,

I have a protist (dinoflagellate) transcriptome with annotation using ncbi GI number (e.g., gi|551612501|ref|XP_005787274.1|), and I want to transfer to ensemble id.

I also want to know if somebody knows gage/pathview include this protist phylum or other pathway analysis.
