wigToBigWig 'more than one value' error again

'There's more than one value for chr10 base 3000291'

Checked the file and found a single data line for this chrom based 3000291.
And also two lines for two different chroms with the same base.

I read the post http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4870, but it didn't help.

My wig file used variableStep only, but extremely actively. In fact there are no repetitive adjacent data lines with the same step. Most of the data have their own declaration line.

Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.
