    teclass paper

    I want to do something like TEclass for my homework I don't understand what "tetramer" and "pentamer" mean in their paper. That method builds tow complete sets of classifiers using tetramers and pentamers. A link to the paper http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals...5/10/1329.long

      A tetramer (aka, 4-mer) is a sequence of length 4 (e.g., ACTG). A pentamer (aka, 5-mer) is a sequence of length 5 (e.g., ATACG).
