    The 1000 Genomes Project Data Portal Beta Release

    We have produced a new tool to help users discover the data produced by the 1000 Genomes Project and managed by the International Genome Sample Resource (IGSR)

    1000genomes.org is your first and best source for all of the information you’re looking for. From general topics to more of what you would expect to find here, 1000genomes.org has it all. We hope you find what you are searching for!


    This is a beta release of this new portal, we welcome feedback on what features you do like, anything which doesn't work as expected and what we could do to make it better.

    We will be adding new features and more information over the coming months.
