    primerpro PRIMER3IN no records created

I am trying to run primerpro v-1.0 but no records were created for the following file:

    1. *.fasta.results.primerblast
    2. *.fasta.results.csv

In the above files, only headers were created. File size is only 1kb for each file.

I tried it with the example.fasta (file included when downloaded) and I got the expected results. The error that I am receiving is:

    PRIMER3IN
    ============

    Preparing input for primer3
Use of uninitialized value $count in concatenation (.) or string at C:\primerpro
    /script/p3in.pl line 34, <SRC> chunk 52142.

    records created.
    DONE

    This is primer3 (primer3 release 1.0)
Input must be provided on standard input.
    For example:

    Primer modelling failed for sequences.

I think I am getting anomalous (no records created) output from PRIMER3IN because it says:

    Preparing input for primer3
Use of uninitialized value $count in concatenation (.) or string at C:\primerpro
    /script/p3in.pl line 34, <SRC> chunk 52142.

    records created.
    DONE
I have no idea how to solve this problem. Any help will be very much appreciated.

I am using primerpro for windows. My OS is Windows 7 64-bit.

I had this problem when running the unix version of primerpro v1.0 on command line.
Have you tried changing the supplied version of PRIMER3 to version 1.1.3? In versions of PRIMER3 +2.0, there was a change in how input tags for sequences were handled (I think they changed the SEQUENCE tag to SEQUENCE_TEMPLATE in the later versions). I also needed to swap out blast for version 2.2.23 in order to create *.primerblast files.

Try making these changes and modifying the config.txt file to point to updated versions.

Beyond CRISPR/Cas9: Understand, Choose, and Use the Right Genome Editing Tool
      by SEQadmin2

CRISPR/Cas9 sparked the gene editing revolution for both research and therapeutics.1 But this system still showed severe issues that limited its applications. The most prominent were the heavy reliance on PAM sequences, delivery limitations, double-stranded breaks that prompt unintended edits and cell death, and editing inefficiency (both in targeting and in knock-in reliability).

Despite this, “CRISPR helped turn genome editing from a specialized technique into

Proteomic Platforms: How to Choose the Right Analytical Strategy to Improve Detection and Clinical Applications
      by SEQadmin2

Proteomics platforms are evolving rapidly, with advances in mass spectrometry and affinity-based approaches expanding what researchers can detect and at what scale. As the field moves toward deeper proteome coverage and clinical applications, scientists face an increasingly complex landscape of tools. This article will explore how researchers are navigating these choices to find the right platform for their work.

The systematic characterization of the human proteome has
