mitochondrail entries in dbSNP130 for hg19
Hi everybody,
after downloading snp130.txt.gz for hg19 from the UCSC site I couldn't help but notice that there are no mitochondrial entries in the file. I also got no results/entries using UCSC's Table Browser for SNP130 for hg19.
Interestingly, there are mitochondrial entries in dbSNP130 for hg18 and in dbSNP131 for hg19. Does anybody know why there are no mitochondrial entries in dbSNP130 for hg19 or - if there actually are some - how to obtain them?
Thanks for your help!Tags: None
