    Embeddable Genome browser

    Hi!

    I'm searching for customizable, embeddable genome browser.

    I mean ability to put the browser into my HTML page and control it with my JavaScript code - add/remove tracks.

    Also I need that it will take a data for tracks from written-by-me server-side

    Is it possible with JBrowse? I don't see any javascript API of controlling JBrowse

    Will you recommend some other genome browser?
