I am wondering

1. where can I download the mRNA-seq reads for hg19 which is to be fed into tophat to arrive at their predicated junction events?

2. where can I download the KSHV virus or cell line BC3(i.e.a human cell line infected with the KSHV virus)'s alternative splicing database?
