Vcf gui

Hello,
I have annotated my vcf files using SnpSift/SnpEff. Now I'm looking for a gui to view and filter my vcf files.

Until now I only found vcf-miner which looks promising. But I didn't manage to get it run. Neither under windows nor under linux.

So, did someone knows other tools?

It's not free (I build it at Golden Helix for a living) but VarSeq is a commercial solution for doing this.

There are various command line utilities that are free, such as exomiser[0], but not aware of any polished GUI tools that are free.
