Estimated BAM and VCF files sizes

Hello,

Can someone provide guidance on what files size to expect (just an estimated range is perfect)? We're expected to deal with VCFs and BAMs coming from a ~50 gene panel, 150kb of sequence interrogated, 2x101 bp, ~1000x coverage. Based on this, what do you think would be the average VCF and BAM file size to expect?

Just a stab, but perhaps around 100MB bams and very small (>1MB) VCFs, if the VCFs are made on a per-sample basis.
