    you're all lucky you got past stage 1

    Yeah I also can't even get past the first step either; however, I'm getting a different error

    dindel --analysis getCIGARindels --bamFile 264a1.bam --outputFile 264a1.dindel_output --ref UW/Homo_sapiens_assembly19.fasta
    error:
    Can extract the full set of indels from only BAM file at a time.
    i dont really understand what that means...i am only using one bam. Has anyone encountered this error before?
