Hello there,
I am trying to install spp but of course it doesn't work! There is no information on http://compbio.med.harvard.edu/Supplements/ChIP-seq/ about what compiler or library or what-so-ever are needed, and it is very difficult to adjust from the error msgs because there are too many of them and they look strange!
Could some one divulge a bit more information regarding the installation of spp?
