find relationship of a gene family

Hi,
I have a human gene ID list (and sequences), how can I rapidly assign genes into gene families? Is there database or web server can do this?

For example, the list has gene A, B, C, D

I want to know:
A, B: family 1
C: family 2
D: family 3
