Mauve produces no graphic output

Hi

When running progressiveMauve in the latest version of Mauve the alignment appears to be performed as displayed in the Mauve console and finishes with

done.
root alignment has 1 superintervals
root alignment length: 962948

At this point it stops and no graphical output is produced in Mauve's main window. Moreover, The "View" menu is grayed out.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried running it on a different machine? Maybe its a configuration issue.
