FLT3 ITD detecting

Dear SeqAnswers,

Pindel has done a good job on detecting on INDELs, and also duplication insertion such as FLT3 ITD mutation. However, Pindel probably miss mutations have low allele fraction. Does any one know any alternative tool to detect FLT3 ITD mutation?
