Dear all,
First of all thank you so much to everyone sharing their knowledge in this forum, it has helped me so much when starting to work in the field of bioinformatics!
Now to my question:
I've read a lot about "control exomes" being used in various exome sequencing experiments for filtering out variants, additional to using dbSNP and the 1000genomes data. Does anyone know, if there are some control exome data freely available? It would be best to have the called variants, all I have found until now are the raw sequencing data, so that would involve a lot of extra work and is not quite what I imagined.
I would be very happy about any hints or suggestions!
Thanks!
