    4Cseqpipe domainograms!

    Hi all,
    i am facing issues and am unable to understand how to change median coverage scale in the de laat's 4Cseqpipe. my domainogram shows only gray in the entire region. although the read number is over 12 million i dont understand why i am getting gray colour instead of getting colours at the peaks. in the other file that i have attached, I am getting sharp peaks instead of smoothened plot. please help!
