Software for writing bioinformatics tutorials

Hello, I was wondering which is the best, nicest, fastest way to write bioinformatics tutorials in the way that I can have a different colored box with courier font for writing code. I have seen many in html, do you use a specific software? or just with Microsoft word?

You could use GitHub (and its markdown code) for creating pages. You could use R notebooks or Jupyter notebook.
