Hi all,
I am carrying out some transcriptomics analysis on RNA-seq data and wonder where I can find RNA-seq datasets (pre-aligned BAM/SAM files) for organisms which don't have RNA-splicing or poly-adenylation - these molecular procesess have been known to cause bias in read coverage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
