    DADA2 vs Deblur

I noticed at the qiime2 forum someone else asked the same question I have - How do these 2 compare (or perhaps contrast would be better focus?) for output other than faster speed for Deblur? The forum suggested the person ask here at seqanswers, but it doesn't seem like they followed up. Can someone tell me anything about this that would be helpful as I move forward analyzing 16s V3 region amplicons. Thanks!

Hi urchin i just finished comparing DADA2 and deblur and have concluded that DADA2 is the correct decision. We use v3v4 and DADA2 gives 3 to 4 times as much high-quality data in return as deblur.

My thought is deblur is for very short sequences because it was close to DADA2 when i chopped to 100bp like in the deblur paper : but we use the whole v3v4 for better assignment. Perhaps v3 is very short? Otherwise i would recommmend DADA2.

Beyond CRISPR/Cas9: Understand, Choose, and Use the Right Genome Editing Tool
      by SEQadmin2

CRISPR/Cas9 sparked the gene editing revolution for both research and therapeutics.1 But this system still showed severe issues that limited its applications. The most prominent were the heavy reliance on PAM sequences, delivery limitations, double-stranded breaks that prompt unintended edits and cell death, and editing inefficiency (both in targeting and in knock-in reliability).

Despite this, “CRISPR helped turn genome editing from a specialized technique into

Proteomic Platforms: How to Choose the Right Analytical Strategy to Improve Detection and Clinical Applications
      by SEQadmin2

Proteomics platforms are evolving rapidly, with advances in mass spectrometry and affinity-based approaches expanding what researchers can detect and at what scale. As the field moves toward deeper proteome coverage and clinical applications, scientists face an increasingly complex landscape of tools. This article will explore how researchers are navigating these choices to find the right platform for their work.

The systematic characterization of the human proteome has
