    Hi everyone, does someone know why the Busco's website doesn't work?
    Thanks you

    It's down.

    Assessing genome assembly and annotation completeness with Benchmarking Universal Single-Copy Orthologs (BUSCO)

    You can find links to the code and datasets there.

      Thanks uoi Kukowski i found it thanks to you.
      Now i'm having a probleme, I don't know if you know a solution?

      I used this code:
      python run_BUSCO.py -i ACG-0042-scaffold.fa -o busco_output -l hymenoptera_odb9 -m geno

      And I got this message error:

      ERROR No section [busco] found in /home/ivan/Bureau/STAGE/BUSCO/Busco/scripts/../config/config.ini. Please make sure both the file and this section exist, see userguide.

      Do you know what is the probleme?

        So, I had this problem- it could be due to two things:
        (1) By default BUSCO has a file called
        Code:
        /path-to-busco-installation/busco/config/config.ini.default
        . That file needs to modified and renamed as
        Code:
        /path-to-busco-installation/busco/config/config.ini
        .

        (2) You may have solved problem (1), but you removed the lines between sections. For example,

        BUSCO will give that error if you have:

        Code:
        [tblastn]
        # path to tblastn
        path = /usr/bin/
        [makeblastdb]
        # path to makeblastdb
        path = /usr/bin/
        But no error with the following:

        Code:
        [tblastn]
        # path to tblastn
        path = /usr/bin/

        [makeblastdb]
        # path to makeblastdb
        path = /usr/bin/

          Beyond CRISPR/Cas9: Understand, Choose, and Use the Right Genome Editing Tool
          by SEQadmin2

          CRISPR/Cas9 sparked the gene editing revolution for both research and therapeutics.1 But this system still showed severe issues that limited its applications. The most prominent were the heavy reliance on PAM sequences, delivery limitations, double-stranded breaks that prompt unintended edits and cell death, and editing inefficiency (both in targeting and in knock-in reliability).

          Despite this, “CRISPR helped turn genome editing from a specialized technique into

          Proteomic Platforms: How to Choose the Right Analytical Strategy to Improve Detection and Clinical Applications
          by SEQadmin2

          Proteomics platforms are evolving rapidly, with advances in mass spectrometry and affinity-based approaches expanding what researchers can detect and at what scale. As the field moves toward deeper proteome coverage and clinical applications, scientists face an increasingly complex landscape of tools. This article will explore how researchers are navigating these choices to find the right platform for their work.

          The systematic characterization of the human proteome has
