Hello, I need help getting my data into Bioconductor and comparing differential gene expression (from a microarray) using several packages. I'm looking for someone that could tutor me (paid), via Skype or similar. I do not have access to any courses or other people using R, and although I've taught myself the basics, I'm stuck when it comes to the actual analyses and getting the data formatted and loaded into Bioconductor packages. Can anyone help, someone who has experience with these analyses? My data is all GeneSpring outputs, normalised expression values. Looking to find KEGG annotations for pathway analysis using R/GAGE, esset.grp to find significant pathways and essgene functions in GAGE to find non-redundant pathways. Also using ggplot2, but I could probably figure out that myself once I have the required initial outputs.

Data variability is still an issue in sequencing technologies despite the advances in reproducibility and accuracy of these platforms. But the problem does not originate in the sequencing itself, but in the previous steps, before the sample reaches the sequencer.
The first step is collection, followed by preservation and sample preparation for analysis. Most scientists overlook those steps, but not being careful might just be skewing the experiment’s results.
