gpu/cuda molbio software

Hello Community,
Is anyone aware of a site providing gpu molecular biology software. I have picked up a tesla card and am looking for software to run on it. There are some listed on nvidia/tesla website but it seems that many of them are just links to posters or pubs but not actual working software. I tried to get the gpu clustalW but the link at nvidia/tesla to source-forge does not seem to have any downloadable files.
