Hey all,
I am looking for an implementation of "wanderlust" an algorithm produced by Dana Pe'er's lab to find developmental trajectories in single cell RNA seq. Unfortunately, all pages linked to the algorithm (and to the closely related "wishbone") are currently inaccessible (Columbia university's website redirects to a generic page).
would you know where to find there resources? or if some of you has a version of it, could you make it available?
