    Run Kallisto on Windows 10

    Hello Everyone!

    I am trying to install Kallisto on a 64bit Windows 10 Laptop.
    I am currently using MobaXterm as a SSH client.

    I have just downloaded the last available version of Kallisto here: http://pachterlab.github.io/kallisto/download. After that i have run the .exe file but nothing heppened! Do you know if i have to run Kallisto using the command line and if I have to put the kallisto SOURCE folder in the same directory where my fastq files are?
