FASTQC warnings

I got some warnings in my FASTQC data and I am not sure what these warnings/errors mean.
I sequenced gram positive bacteria (WGS) and got high coverage (more than 150).

I am not seeing anything that is an obvious red flag. Getting warning in FastQC analysis is common and those need to be taken into consideration using the context of your experiment.

You will find informative posts about various test in FastQC program here. You should take a look through those.
