Integrate Interproscan for Augustus annotation

I have finished Augustus gene model annotation using BRAKER, the outputs files are augustus.aa, augustus.gtf and augustus.gff.

For functional annotation, I took augustus.aa to run IntroproScan.sh. The output files are gff3, tsv and xml. I do have GO, pathways output.

My question: How could I merge (integrate) Introproscan annotated information into august gft/gff file? Also How could I map to EC number?
