    concatenate and sort?

    Hi
I have four files like this:
    chr7 119890085 119890581 HWI-EA332:7:99:1055:1791#0/2|junc=4 1134.79784731 - 119890085 119890581 0 2 40,40, 0,456,
    chr7 131927760 131927911 HWI-EA332:7:97:1573:1761#0/2|junc=3 1103.60361882 - 131927760 131927911 0 2 35,25, 0,126,
    chr7 34890329 35007820 HWI-EA332:7:70:1515:1957#0/2|junc=23 1345.89320621 - 34890329 35007820 0 2 40,36, 0,117455,
    chr7 66515766 66516856 HWI-EA332:7:20:253:830#0/2|junc=5 1164.80877517 - 66515766 66516856 0 2 24,40, 0,1050,
    chr7 82356545 82358428 HWI-EA332:7:81:13:1101#0/2|junc=4 1177.99357098 + 82356545 82358428 0 2 34,27, 0,1856,
I want to concatenate these file and also be a unique file.(not duplicate).
Actually I did but first cut the first 3 columns and then use cat and sort unique command and it was ok, however I wanted this output bed file to upload in ensembl but the result is not ok so I don't want to cut some part of columns. Anyone knows how can concatenate and sort as a unique those files? Thanks in advance

Reply to Nine Things a Sample Prep Scientist Thinks About Before Sequencing

Love this - good data definitely starts from good input, and poor input can only give relatively poor data. I particularly like the mention of Nanodrop/absorbance based methods for quantification. It's such a toss up if you'll get an accurate reading or what amounts to a randomly generated number, and a lot of library/sequencing related issues can be traced back to poor quant.

Nine Things a Sample Prep Scientist Thinks About Before Sequencing
    by SEQadmin2

I’m not a sequencing expert. I’m a purification scientist who uses NGS to evaluate workflows my group develops. With this perspective, we think about the sample first and the NGS workflow second. The sequencer is an exceptionally honest reporter, but it can only report on what you give it, so whether you get clean, interpretable data from an NGS workflow is largely determined before you begin.

Here are nine questions we think about, in roughly the order they matter, before...
