NORMALIZATION Illumina DESeq

Dear colleagues

In my group, we are trying to give an answer to our results, but the first problem is normalization. We have used DESeq script for R and it´s great¡¡¡ but we need to compare 3 independent samples without replicates, anybody knows how could we resolve it?

have a look at section 6 of the DESeq vignette, "Working without any replicates".
Replicates do, however, tend to be important for biologically meaningful experiments, the DESeq software will not work any magic here.
