    Strand information for alignment of KAPA mRNA HyperPrep Kit data

    Hello,
    I am looking on data generated with KAPA mRNA HyperPrep Kit. this library prep is stranded. When I run Salmon/Histat2 for alignment, it asks whether the data is strandedF/strandedR/unstranded. I ran all options and they give slightly different results.
    Is the option I should use the Stranded F? Also, if anyone can direct me to an explanation on how you get stranded information that would be helpful.
