Secondary structure prediction for chimeric DNA-RNA sequences

Hi,

I wonder if there is a software to predict secondary structure for short artificial sequences which are RNA part RNA and part DNA. I.e. RNA sequence ligated with DNA adapter.

Is it possible to tune software like ViennaRNA or mfold for this?
