using Genome-Wide CEU .txt data in ROH analysis for thousands of individuals

I am working on an autozygome quantification project and I need to analyze thousands of individuals who have been genotyped using the Axiom Genome-Wide CEU microarray. I have found the most efficient way to be using PLINK. The problem is that my data are in .txt files. Axiom Analysis Suite helps in converting .CEL files to PLINLK. So is there a way I can convert my .txt files to .CEL files? Or even to PLINK files directly?
