Im using Bowtie and want to know if it is posible to make bowtie include the read or alignment length in the output results?

There's not; you have to deduce that from the output. Since gapped alignments are not yet supported (as of 0.9.8.1), it's always equal to the length of the read - so it's simple to write a script to calculate it.
