gsalib R library

Is anyone use gsalib R library in GATK? Is anyone know where can I find the resources to install this library?

This is a very old post, but I thought I would post a reply in case anyone else can't find an answer.

To get gsalib R library, you essentially just need to download GATK source and build it by running "ant gsalib".

Hi!When I installed gsalib.error:uildfile: gatk-master/build.xml
[taskdef] Could not load definitions from resource cloverlib.xml. It could not be found.Is anyone know how to resolved?Thanks!
