¿Can you reccomend me a software to predict protein structures using aminoacids?
Hello dear reader
I have a multifasta file with transmembrane protein sequences and would like to obtain from there a prediction of alpha helixes and beta-sheets.
I have results from TMHMM, but it doesn't work for me because it seems beta-sheets are not predicted. Also I need a more generic program since I also have other proteins so I need something to apply to all the proteins annotated on a certain organism (S. mansoni if you must know).
If you can help me suggesting a program, a set of tools, anything, I will appeciate it very much
