Tool for Sorting PRB file

Hi,

Is there any tool for sorting the PRB file like this:

-33   31  -40  -34      -40  -40  -40   40       27  -27  -40  -40
-33   31  -40  -34      -40  40  -40   -40       -40  -27  30  -40

i.e. sorting them as ATCG string?

Can you give a bit more context about why you want to do this? The prb files are keyed to the seq files, and rearranging the line order will invalidate the mapping.
