Hello,
I am using Dindel for callind Indels on Novo aligned bam files. I was successful in generating the variant files. But while generating the glf files, I am getting BMIDERROR, segmentation fault. I have nearly 216 variant files generated out of the makewindows program. In the next step, while some of the glf files are generated without segmentation fault, other glf files are not proper due to segmentation fault.
Has anyone come across the same problem?
I am running this in cluster and I am giving all the 216 variant files as array jobs simultaneously.
