Hi all, I just wanted to let people know about a new open-source repository of analysis pipelines called WARP (for WDL Analysis Research Pipelines). It's maintained by the team at the Broad Institute that develops and optimizes data processing and analysis workflows for the Broad's production pipelines, which are used for processing data from major genomics, single-cell and epigenomics projects like gnomAD, Human Cell Atlas and the BRAIN Initiative. The workflows are designed to be very robust and efficient; the Broad team primarily runs them on Google Cloud but they can also be run on local infrastructure. You can read more about the resource in this blog post.
