    How to get transcript start site by RNAseq data in the vertebrate genome

    I am working on a vertebrate genome now and have RNAseq data of several different tissues sequenced by Illumina Hiseq 2000 platform. I have a gene set of this genome. Then, is there any approach that can help me to get the accurate transcript start site with the RNAseq data ?

    I am not good in English.Please let me know if I have not make a clear discription of the question.
