    Correlation between methylation and gene expression

    Hi guys,

    I am trying to find out the correlation between methylation and gene expression of 16 samples. These are plant samples. The expression of all samples has been analyzed and now I am trying to find correlation between the methylated, unmethylate C's and expressed genes across all samples. Is there any method or tool to do that? Or could anyone suggest me any procedure to follow.
