import .sam file to Geneious

Currently I'm using Geneious Pro 5.3.6.

I'm trying to import the .sam file from sequence alignment, but failed. The error message saying "Reference sequence *** not found in files".

I already created a folder and uploaded the reference genome sequence in Geneious. Could anyone let me know how to fix the problem and import the sam file?
