Hey everyone,
I'm performing a taxonomic analysis on a variety of samples and would like to view the output as a Krona chart.
I have performed a taxonomic analysis via a local BLAST nucleotide database set up on our Linux machine. Using this, I am outputting the results as an XML file so I can input it into MEGAN.
As I understand it this XML file should be able to feed into Krona Tools via the ktImportXML command.
However, when I do this and try to load the resulting HTML report it loads up on Firefox but displays a blank white screen, no chart in sight.
Does anyone have any advice on how to generate the chart properly?
