    help with cutadapt

    Hello community!

    Happy to salute you. I'm pretty naive in everything related to computers and coding , so, any help is deeply appreciated .

    I've installed cutadapt on my cmd prompt. Nevertheless I have had some problems introducing my fastaq files from my archives to see them or use them in the cmd prompt, so cutadapt can't identify them.

    I used this command: py -m file name.fastaq

    literally it looked like: py -m AFU-COI-FB22-ML3612_S194_L001_R1_001.fastq
