Statistical tests on pool-seq data

Dear all,
I am trying to apply Runs of Homozygosity (ROH), Composite likelihood ratio (CLR), Fay's and Wu's H statistics on my pool-seq data. I want to know whether these tests are for pool-seq or they are just for individual-seq data?

Also, I found another composite test script the De-correlated Composite of Multiple Signals (DCMS) https://rdrr.io/github/NESCent/MINOT...nceFunctions.R.

Kindly let me know if this is applicable to pool-seq as well?
