Shortening running time of MISO?

Hello.

I am currently running MISO developed by Burge group.
I feel that this tool is very helpful to analyze alternative splicing difference within samples.

I use my desktop computer for running MISO and found that it takes too much time for 1 round of MISO run (1 week for 1 run, hg18, SE case).

Is there any way to improve this issue?

If you can, try to run it on cluster.
